Painting robot
We specialize in varnishing high volumes - several thousand components per production shift. The process is performed by a six-axis Fanuc robot with a Wagner application.
UV varnishing
Fully automatic varnishing line - adapted to light-curing (UV) and conventional varnishes. Applying UV coatings: high gloss, satin, deep matt, metallics and others. Multi-layer varnishing.
Manual lines
Projects with a lower volume and details of non-standard shapes are varnished on manual lines, equipped with full regulation of the conditions prevailing in them (air circulation, air conditioning, humidity).
PVD metallization
Application of coatings under high vacuum conditions. Using the purest form of the selected metal (chromium, brass, copper and others). An alternative to electroplating. brass plating.
