The first service provided by our company in 2002 and at the same time our main activity and specialization is the painting of plastics. We have thousands of completed projects behind us - painting plastics regardless of their type. We paint ABS, PC/ABS, PP, PBT, PBT+GF, PC, PE, PA, PMMA, POM, PS and many others.

Over the years, we have developed a technique that makes it easier for us to work on orders – both recurring and completely new. Together, we implement projects – from free paint tests, to selecting a painting technique, assembly, determining production costs and packaging methods before shipping to the customer.

Each material requires an individual painting technology. Some are ideally suited for painting - e.g. ABS, ABS/PC, PC. Others require additional processes to ensure that the coatings are durable and have full adhesion to the substrate. Our experience allows us to select the right paint system for a given material. We can achieve the required visual and tactile effect on each type of material - projects with photos can be found in the "Realizations" section.

Painting plastics requires repeatability and high quality already in the first painting cycle. Many coatings are impossible to repair - either because of their properties (such as suede soft-touch) or because of the delicacy of the material (e.g. removing the paint coating from ABS plastic). It is worth entrusting this process to a specialist paint shop, then the percentage of defects can be about 1-2%. When implementing new projects, we conduct paint tests to ensure that a given technique will work and guarantee repeatability in mass production.
